Founding Product Designer - Closure

Key Responsibilities Own the full product design lifecycle, from user research and persona development to wireframes, prototypes, and visual design. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data teams to translate complex law‑enforcement workflows into clean, user‑centric interfaces. Establish and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across web and mobile platforms. Advocate for user‑centered design principles, conducting usability tests and iterating based on feedback. Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence within a fast‑moving startup environment. Requirements 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or security‑focused products. Proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing research, interaction design, and visual polish. Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design patterns. Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale to cross‑functional stakeholders.
