Job Description

Description

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (not all-inclusive);

Weigh boxes for piece count
Cutting steel samples (inside)
Re-band unused steel
Data collection
Cutting table inspection
Operate overhead crane
Find cutting info and locate steel
Set up and operate saw or shear
Tag billets and containers. Store boxes of billets

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year of heavy manufacturing experience

• Ability to read and write.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely and correctly.

• Previous experience in operating a Forklift

• Aptitude and ability to set up, operate, and make adjustments to shear.
