GENTLE MONSTER is looking for a strategic CRM Manager to lead Email, SMS, and loyalty marketing across the U.S. and Canada. This role focuses on developing comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years in CRM, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
