Overview Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant Our growing law firm is looking to hire a Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant who is fiercely passionate about representing clients facing one of the most challenging times in their lives. Responsibilities Client contact/meetings Preparing/filing pleadings and motions Scheduling Preparing files for depositions/trial Preparation of Case Information Statements (CIS) Qualifications 1- 3 years of some Family Law experience Must have the ability to work independently, multitask, and take initiative Must be proficient in Word Please submit a resume and cover letter identifying specific family law experience Candidates without verifiable NJ family law experience will not be considered for this position Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required) NJ Family Law: 1 year (Required) Benefits 401(k) • 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Education Paralegal Degree or Certificate required Work Location In-Person Job Type Full Time Schedule 8-hour shift Dayshift Monday- Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr Recooty
