We're looking for Graphic Designers who understand how to create visual assets that not only reflect a brand, but drive engagement and results. Responsibilities Design high-performing ads, landing pages, social content, and brand assets Collaborate with marketers, content creators, and performance teams to bring campaigns to life Maintain brand consistency across touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data Contribute to visual direction for campaigns, branding, and storytelling Qualifications 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in an agency, startup, or fast-paced environment) Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital marketing, social, and web Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva Deep understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy Experience designing for: Performance marketing or paid social DTC or e-commerce brands Brand identity and storytelling
