Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + 10% Bonus Location: Hallandale Beach, FL Why This Opportunity Stands Out Join a nationally recognized organization spanning technology, entertainment, and hospitality. Partner directly with leadership and influence business strategy. Lead the full HR function with broad exposure across talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. Drive culture, engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives. Build and enhance HR programs, policies, and leadership development efforts. Lead succession planning and talent development initiatives. Gain visibility through strategic HR leadership and data-driven decision making. Competitive compensation package including bonus potential. Key Responsibilities For The HR Manager Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts. Serve as the primary resource for employee relations and performance management matters. Oversee benefits administration and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies. Partner with leadership on HR strategy and organizational effectiveness. Lead employee engagement and training programs. Qualifications For The HR Manager Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience including leadership responsibilities.
