Urgent Care Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) - Redmond, WASchedule: 2x12hr + 2x8hr (Tues, Weds, Fri, Sat /// OFF Sun, Mon, Thurs)Tuesday: 7:45a - 8:15pWednesday: 9:30a - 6:00pFriday: 7:45a - 8:15pSaturday: 7:45a - 4:15pExperience6 months of experience working as an MA-C in an adult/pediatric outpatient clinic settingFirst-timersNo, must have previous travel experienceWeekend RequirementYes, every Saturday (OFF Sundays)On-call RequirementNoFloating RequirementNo, same location every shiftLocals AcceptedYes, at same rateSpecial NotesCandidate is expected to have reliable transportation (NOT PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION) and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.Required SkillsVital Signs: Height/Weight Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG Obtain Vital Signs Pulse Oximetry Vision testingPrepare for Exam: Record History/Medications/AllergiesSet Up and Assist with Procedures: Nebulizer TreatmentsInjections: Immunizations IntramuscularSpecimen Collection: Labeling of specimens Throat Urine - UA/Clean CatchLaboratory Tests: Blood Glucose via Glucometer Pregnancy Strep Urine Dipstick/UrinalysisOffice Duties: Stocking SuppliesProfessional Knowledge and Skills: Administering Medication Ear Lavage Rooming PatientsClinic HighlightsType of Facility: Urgent Care ClinicScrub Color: TBDCharting: EPIC (experience REQUIRED)
