Role Associate Director, US Marketing Immunology, Patient Support & Pharmacy Solutions, leading strategy development for immunology portfolio patient support programs, focusing on specialty pharmacy, infusion service providers, and affordability solutions. Responsibilities define and optimize end-to-end service models enhance access and adherence develop affordability initiatives such as copay assistance collaborate with cross-functional teams including Patient Access, Market Access, and Legal to ensure aligned, scalable, and compliant program execution leverage market insights to improve patient and provider experiences, and support product lifecycle strategies Requirements Bachelor's degree (advanced degrees like MBA, MPH, PharmD preferred) 7+ years of experience in biopharma, patient support, or market access roles proven ability to develop complex patient support strategies and influence cross-functional teams strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills High-Value Focus immunology (autoimmune disorders, IBD) biologic therapies specialty pharmacy distribution patient affordability programs launch/lifecycle support Work Setup Hybrid in Upper Gwynedd, PA, with a 3-day onsite expectation; approximately 10% travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
