EMPACT-Suicide Prevention Center, part of the La Frontera family, seeks a dedicated Family Support Partner to assist families navigating behavioral health systems from our Tempe or Glendale offices. The role requires crisis-service calm, strong communication, and the ability to advocate for families in education and social service processes.
