Qualifications:

• Hold an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active and clear state SLP license
• Pediatric experience, ideally within school settings
• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support student outcomes
• Provide training and resources to school personnel on effective communication strategies
• Stay current with best practices and state requirements for school-based SLPs
