Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide resident-focused care within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role is essential in ensuring the well-being and recovery of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and needs.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' conditions closely to ensure safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including therapists, physicians, and family members, to achieve the best possible outcomes and enhance quality of life.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This position is situated in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, where teamwork and collaboration are paramount to delivering high-quality care.
