Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our faith-oriented senior living community. This role is essential in delivering care that prioritizes the needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide skilled nursing services.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
- Promote dignity, respect, and safety in all interactions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with residents and their families within a supportive, mission-focused atmosphere.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care.
