Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional, resident-focused care within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role is essential in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health.
- Create personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Promote safety, dignity, and comfort for all residents.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
- Engage with families to coordinate care effectively.
- Adhere to stringent infection control and quality assurance standards.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
