Industry Computer Software Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President of Implementation to take on a pivotal role in leading global professional services. This executive will have full ownership of the end-to-end process of complex, high-volume enterprise implementations, ensuring delivery, scaling, and measurement across a multi-product environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for P&L performance, delivery execution, client escalations, technical governance, and global operations. A key aspect of the role is to have AI embedded in the delivery process as standard practice. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years' experience in professional services and implementation leadership, with a proven track record in leading large-scale enterprise software implementations. Strong financial acumen, executive presence, and experience in regulated, data-heavy, or high-volume environments are highly valued.
