Participant Engagement & Retirement Readiness Specialist
Ascensus
Ascensus is seeking a professional to implement participant communication and engagement strategies for retirement plans. You will be responsible for conducting education meetings and developing communication plans tailored to participant needs. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and has 2-3 years of experience in the defined contribution industry. This role includes creating educational content and reporting on communication effectiveness while collaborating closely with plan sponsors.
