Regional Marketing Strategy Manager

Develop and execute regional marketing plans supporting franchisee sales, traffic, and profitability across the West US division Leverage offers and coupons, local media, merchandising, catering, and local innovation initiatives Analyze regional business performance and identify opportunities and performance gaps Translate insights into actionable plans for franchisees and field partners Partner with franchisees on strategy and effective local execution Collaborate with Field Operations, Marketing Analytics, Media, Merchandising, Calendar, Marketing Execution, Digital, and Restaurant Technology Recommend and optimize DMA fund usage Lead preparation for and participate in DMA and business review meetings Build and maintain relationships with key franchisees Ensure adherence to Popeyes brand standards, LSM, processes, and marketing playbooks Maintain and improve local marketing playbooks and franchisee tools Report to the Director of Field Marketing, PLK US Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field 3–5 years of relevant work experience Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills Business acumen and analytical mindset, with experience using data to inform decisions and optimize performance Effective interpersonal and influencing skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to develop and deliver presentations to franchisee regularly and senior leadership as needed Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Willingness and ability to travel frequently for in-person franchisee visits Minimum 25% travel Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing regional marketing plans, leveraging data analysis to inform strategies, and building strong relationships with franchisees.
