Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following type of duties: 1) Providing analytical and financial support during the financial cycle for command headquarters requirements, including managing specialized accounts like Official Representation Funds (ORF); 2) Reviewing, developing, and submitting budget estimates, midyear reviews, and fiscal year actuals in accordance with published financial budget guidance; 3) Reviewing financial execution, monitoring and conducting analysis of issues impacting headquarters requirements, and developing proposed courses of action for leadership; 4) Serving as a primary point of contact for funding documents associated with mission requirements and assisting in the creation and distribution of monthly obligation and quarterly cash plans; 5) Serving as a primary financial point of contact and customer service representative for time and attendance systems, such as the Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA), and managing enterprise system role requests.
