Job Title: Operations Analyst – Wealth Management Location: Columbus, OH Schedule: Hybrid Pay Rate: $22–$24/hour Contract: 12 Month Contract - Possible Extension/Hire Job Description - Operations Analyst – Wealth Management Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team. Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements. Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output. Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution. Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Computer proficiency including, but not limited to: Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet and Website Knowledge and navigation skills. Time and Stress Management skills. Technical Support skills a plus. Client-Focus and problem-solving skills. Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and quality of work. Follow-through and accountability. Ability to work within a team. Proactive College Degree is preferred A desire for a career in Financial Services is a must.
