You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining core HR processes such as open enrollment, profit share, and pay review. You will ensure that Workday functionality aligns with business requirements and compliance standards while driving system enhancements and supporting global HR operations.The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with Workday expertise and a strong understanding of HR processes. You must be able to thrive in a global environment, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and commit to maintaining compliance and delivering high-quality HR technology solutions.To qualify for the Workday Benefits and Compensation Lead, here is what we would expect you to bring to Moog…A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.Advanced proficiency in Workday benefits, core compensation, and advanced compensation configuration; at least three (3) years’ experience.Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and employee support best practices.Excellent communication, problem-solving, influencing and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and consistently meet critical HR deadlines.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.It would also be great if you have…Workday Benefits and/or Compensation certification.Proven experience supporting HR operations in a global organization.Skills in developing job aids and contributing to change management initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.A background in HR Shared Services or experience with tiered support models (Tier 1 and Tier 2).Familiarity with case management platforms such as Workday Help, ServiceNow, or equivalent tools.An understanding of global HR processes and compliance requirements.As the Workday Benefits & Compensation Lead, you will…Lead the configuration of Workday Benefits, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation modules to meet evolving business needs, including position management and organizational changes.Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Payroll and other stakeholders to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and new features.Conduct rigorous testing of system changes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to Moog audit standards.
