Marketing Manager

Duration: 6-Month Contract (September 2026 – March 2027) Travel: Occasional travel within North and South America may be required We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to provide maternity leave coverage for a global leader in the food ingredients industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketing professional with experience in natural ingredients, functional ingredients, or the food & beverage industry to support commercial teams across North and South America. Responsibilities Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for food and beverage ingredient solutions. Partner with commercial teams to support key customer initiatives, Innovation Days, and customer presentations. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities. Develop compelling value propositions, marketing materials, presentations, and campaign content. Support commercialization of new product innovations in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Plan and coordinate trade shows, customer events, and marketing initiatives across the Americas. Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Technical, Regulatory, and Communications teams to drive business growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior marketing role within the food & beverage or ingredient industry . Experience marketing natural, functional, or specialty food ingredients is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of the food & beverage market and customer needs. Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience supporting commercial teams and customer-facing marketing initiatives.
