The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for North America to lead the marketing operations with a focus on strategic value creation and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the brand's core business, scaling the cream portfolio, and building a modern dairy platform. This role requires a leader who can expand food service, drive innovation excellence, and build a digital-first marketing engine. The CMO will also be tasked with leading agency relationships, optimizing marketing investments, and ensuring the marketing organization is agile, data-driven, and equipped with best-in-class capabilities. Performance will be measured through sales, market share, brand health metrics, and the successful introduction of new products.
Candidates for the CMO position should have a blue-chip CPG foundation, with experience in marketing and brand development from leading companies. A background in dairy is highly appealing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand and category disruption, innovation leadership, and be a digital-first marketer with expertise in data analytics and agile demand generation. Commercial and financial fluency is essential, as is the ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a people-first culture. Experience in the food service sector and a mindset that values high emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a bias for impact and measurable ROI are also key attributes for the role.
