About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to provide strategic vision and clinical leadership across its network of health centers. The CMO will be responsible for guiding a large multidisciplinary team, advancing clinical standards, and ensuring the delivery of quality, affordable care to a diverse patient population. This role requires a mission-driven physician leader who can foster collaboration, improve workflows, and bring innovation to meet the evolving needs of the community. The successful candidate will also be tasked with strengthening provider productivity, ensuring patient safety, and regulatory compliance, and championing health equity. A medical degree and board certification in a relevant specialty are required, along with a valid medical license. A Master's degree in public health, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
