About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Career Strategy and Advising. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive career services and advising programs. This includes providing strategic direction for the design and delivery of career development activities, as well as overseeing a team of career advisors to ensure the highest level of support for students and alumni. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with employers to enhance job placement opportunities and will play a key role in the assessment and continuous improvement of career services. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a proven track record in career services and advising, with a deep understanding of the evolving job market and industry trends. A Master's degree in a related field is required, and a Ph.D. is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in program development, management, and evaluation, as well as a strong background in staff supervision and training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders. A strategic and data-driven approach to decision-making is also necessary to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of the career services offered.
