About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Sponsored Schools, a role that is pivotal in providing strategic oversight for four all-girls Catholic, college preparatory schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the academic vibrancy, relevance, and distinctiveness of the schools in an evolving educational landscape. This includes serving as a trusted advisor to school administrators and boards, advancing academic priorities, and supporting enrollment growth, financial sustainability, governance effectiveness, fundraising, marketing, and long-term institutional vitality. The Executive Director will be at the forefront of the mission to empower young women through education, in line with the values of the Congregation, which are deeply rooted in the Catholic tradition and the belief in the transformative power of all-girls education. Applicants for the Executive Director position should possess deep educational leadership experience and a forward-looking perspective on teaching and learning. The role requires a strategic thinker who can assess and respond to the financial sustainability, enrollment trends, and future opportunities for the schools. The ideal candidate will be a champion of the values of the Congregation, including unity, inclusion, justice, and love of neighbor without distinction, and will be committed to the advancement of educational opportunity, particularly for women and girls. A strong background in governance, fundraising, and marketing is essential, as is the ability to work effectively with diverse communities and to promote racial and social justice. The Executive Director will play a key role in ensuring that the mission of the Sponsored Schools remains inseparable from the values of faith, education, and justice.
