Responsibilities Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals Select, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as an associate partner Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner Qualifications Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry is required Working knowledge of cultural markets is helpful Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career Sales experience necessary Individuals with advanced degrees, MBAs, prior business ownership experience, or a strong business mindset are encouraged to apply Applicants must live within commuting distance of Uniondale, NY, to be considered Compensation $100,000 per year (plan commission) Full-time agents and their dependents are immediately eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and group term life insurance.
