Skilled Trades Recruiter

Description Candidate MUST be able to go into the office Monday-Friday full time- no remote or hybrid options. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required. Tradesmen International is hiring a Skilled Trades Recruiter (internally, Project Coordinator) to lead full-cycle recruiting for our skilled craftworker pipeline. In this role, you'll source, screen, and place skilled tradespeople with our construction clients — working closely with our Account Executives to make sure every order is filled with the right person, fast. What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting to build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified craftworkers Source, screen, and interview candidates using standardized assessments, both virtually and in person Fill client orders by matching craftworkers with proven safety and skill records to project needs Maintain accurate candidate records and lead lists to track skillsets, interests, and availability Drive craftworker retention through ongoing engagement, relationship-building, and utilization strategies Partner closely with Account Executives to align craftworker availability with client demand and support order fulfillment Monitor project timelines and craftworker assignments, providing proactive updates on availability and project end-dates Ensure all candidates meet safety qualifications and maintain accurate safety and training records Provide inside sales and client-facing support as needed What You Bring Previous recruiting experience required; background in staffing, HR, or client/customer relations preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with iCIMS or another ATS a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced, high-volume environment Comfortable using data to guide decisions and drive results Construction industry knowledge a plus, but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Regular and predictable attendance required – this is an in-office position Why Tradesmen International Tradesmen International is committed to supporting our employees with a comprehensive benefits package including: Annual salary with quarterly bonus potential Company matched 401(k) PTO and paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision coverage Short-term disability Voluntary supplemental life insurance Fast-paced, high-volume, and never boring — join the Tradesmen International team and own the staffing outcomes that keep America's job sites running. The salary for this position is $55,000-$60,000. Employees in this position may also, in some circumstances, be eligible for bonus payments on top of the salary payments described above provided the employee meets the requirements of the applicable bonus plan.
