Recruiter

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to join a growing organization. This role will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, and attracting top candidates to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsNegotiate compensation packages and extend employment offers Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and market trends Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources experience Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for professional, manufacturing, engineering, or corporate roles Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms Staffing agency or executive search experience Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Location: Columbus, OH Employment Type: Direct Hire Salary: $60,000-$75,000 based on experience The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
