Job Description Represent clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including business, construction, real estate, banking, and commercial disputes. Work closely with experienced partners on case strategy, client counseling, and management of active litigation matters. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents. Manage written discovery, document review, deposition preparation, and other key phases of litigation. Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, negotiations, and court proceedings. Communicate directly with clients and provide responsive, practical guidance throughout their matters. Collaborate with attorneys across the firm to develop effective litigation strategies and deliver strong client results. Build professional relationships through networking, community involvement, and business development activities. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active admission to the Wisconsin State Bar. 1+ years of civil litigation experience. Experience working and developing under seasoned litigators. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Experience with discovery, pleadings, motion practice, depositions, and litigation case management. Strong client communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a collaborative environment. Interest in developing a long‑term legal practice and professional network in the Green Bay area.
