Endeavor is hiring a Recruiter in Chicago, IL ( onsite ) to run technical recruiting searches end-to-end and ensure candidates have a respectful, informed experience. Responsibilities Lead searches from initial outreach through signed offer . Manage sourcing and outreach for engineers, product people, and technical leaders. Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Ensure each candidate, hired or not , leaves the process feeling respected and informed . Requirements 1-4 years of recruiting experience; ideally with exposure to technical roles (agency or in-house experience both count). Empathy for candidates. Strong sourcing fundamentals and a drive to continually improve. Clear, warm written and verbal communication . Strong organization and ability to manage multiple moving parts. Comfort with ambiguity and a startup pace , including a preference for building process rather than waiting for it. Growth mindset .
