Assistant Project Manager - Multi-family

We are one of Atlanta's most reputable General Contractors and apart of the top ENR list. We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager who is eager to grow their career building high quality multifamily communities across the Atlanta market. As part of our project team, you'll support the successful execution of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on track. Key responsibilities: Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of daily activities Support subcontractor buyout, onboarding, and scope alignment Track project budgets, change orders, and cost controls Manage RFIs, submittals, and document control processes Coordinate with field teams to ensure schedule adherence and quality standards Help drive project safety initiatives and maintain compliance Attend project meetings and communicate updates with stakeholders Support closeout activities including punch lists and turnover documentation Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Construction Project Management (multifamily is a must) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Working knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and documentation Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc. is a plus) Benefits: Base ($100,000-$115,000) + Bonus Auto, Cell, Gas Allowances 401k Match Full Medical, Dental and Vision Generous PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr CyberCoders
