Our vision is to be the first to create an ongoing relationship with 80M+ homeowners. Homeowners spend $2T+ a year on their homes with almost no help. We're the first and only company that can lower property taxes in all 50 states, and there's no better way into the homeowner relationship than the bill everyone hates. Most consumer fintechs are building slightly better versions of products that already exist. We're using AI to turn work that has always been a service into software, and there has never been a better moment to do it. We've raised $25M from Permanent, Drive, Sequoia, Core VC and 81 Collection. The Role We're hiring an Organic Growth Lead to own everything homeowners see from us outside of paid: website content, short video, social, creators, and turning PR into owned content. You'll have complete ownership, starting with a full revamp of our organic social strategy and a research hub built on county data no one else has. You should also care about brand. After six months, there's a path to Head of Brand, a much bigger job: figuring out how we stand out and building a brand people remember. Ramp turned corporate finance into a generational brand, and we want to do the same for homeownership. What You’ll Do Rebuild Organic Social: Revamp our organic social strategy end to end, then ship short video every day on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Own Website Content: Write guides, state and county pages, and data reports so the site gets better every week. Build Our Research Hub: Turn our county data into research that ranks, gets cited, and earns coverage. Move at News Speed: Turn a PR hit or a breaking hook into finished assets the same day. Run Creators and Community: Manage creator and UGC partnerships, mailer creative, and community replies. Who You Are In Austin or willing to relocate. We work in person 5 days a week. Have built a consumer brand's social presence hands-on, ideally in fintech, insurance, or home Can show content you made yourself and what it did Have written pages that rank from a keyword brief Know what works for homeowners on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Care about brand and have strong opinions on what makes one stand out Our Values We hire people who want to own their work outright.
