Our client is a staffing/recruiting firm. They seek a Receptionist to join their Jamaica, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Support special projects and administrative initiatives as needed
• Screen and prioritize incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
• Process copying, scanning, faxing, and distribution of documents and information
• Manage incoming correspondence and provide timely responses as required
• Draft correspondence, memos, letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents
• Organize and maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems
• Provide reception coverage and front-desk support as needed

Requirements

• B.A degree required
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer relations skills
• Strong follow-up skills
• High degree of flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
• Spanish speaking is a plus
