Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!
As the receptionist for our busy practice, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of patients throughout their visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
Greet guests as they arrive.
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
Qualifications
Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Familiar with computers and scheduling software
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Bilingual Spanish/ Bengali
