What This Role Really Is

This is a high-energy sales-driven role with operational responsibilities not a traditional front desk position.

Youllbe the first impression and the closer guiding patients through their consultation while keeping theoffice vibevibrant and your personality confidence and natural communication skills to:

• Build Trust Instantly: Read the room connect with diverse personalities and practice active listening to understand exactly what the patient needs.

What to Expect Day-to-Day

This role is primarily focused on patient consultations and sales but it also requires excellenttime management and collaboration to keep the front desk and office flow running seamlessly.

What Youll Do:

• Own the Room: Welcome and connect with patients the moment they walk in bringing infectious positive energy.

• Drive the Consultation: Lead consultations and explain treatment benefits clearly tailoring your approach to each unique patient.

• Present Pricing Confidently: Present financial and payment options with transparency and conviction.

• Overcome Hurdles: Handle objections with resilience and empathy helping patients feel comfortable saying YES.

• Manage the Flow: Maintainorganized scheduling showing agility when the day getsfast-paced.

• Partner for Success: Practice excellent teamwork collaborating closely with doctors and clinical staff to deliver a seamless experience.
