Business Analyst :: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)

Business Analyst - Lansing, MI
Duration: 12 months, Hybrid
Seeking for a Business Analyst and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding of system functionality. Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and guide system functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Document clear, testable business requirements using standard templates.
- Facilitate requirement gathering meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain project backlog and set priorities during Agile projects.
- Monitor project scope and ensure adherence to objectives.
- Ensure stakeholder awareness regarding data requirements.
- Assist in resolving critical IT issues related to the BA role.
- Analyze information for Build vs. Buy decisions.
- Complete and approve SEM deliverables for the project.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, tech leads, and developers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 5 years of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- 5 years of experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
- 5 years of experience in documenting business process flows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Federal/Government/State projects.
