Weatherization Technician

Learn and apply weather-ization techniques and home energy-saving methods. Safely operate power tools and specialized equipment. Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and managing inventory. Complete assigned work to quality standards. Participate in training programs and seminars. Maintain customer property and confidentiality. Collaborate with team members and supervisors. Qualifications: Willingness to learn specialized equipment (blower doors, pressure diagnostics, digital analyzers). Knowledge of home improvement, carpentry, or insulation installation. Ability to read work orders and perform basic math for material estimates. Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse customers. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in challenging environments and extreme weather. Comfortable working at heights (up to 4 stories) and in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces).
