Responsibilities
- Perform basic and critical respiratory care services for adult and geriatric patients, as ordered by the physician and per department policies.
- Administer prescribed therapies, monitor patient response, and adjust treatment within approved scope.
- Work with the multidisciplinary team and, as delegated, supervise others as needed; maintain patient safety and quality care.
- Complete paperwork, electronic medical records, flow sheets, and charges for each patient accurately and timely.
- Ensure proper equipment setup, infection control, and adherence to department procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes and communicate changes in patient status promptly.

Requirements
- Ability to perform basic and critical respiratory care services for adult and geriatric patients.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records, documentation, flow sheets, and charge entry.
- Demonstrated capacity to work with limited supervision and to supervise others as delegated.
- Availability for night-shift work (3x12) and willingness to participate in a travel assignment in Templeton, CA.
