Alliance Healthcare is seeking an energetic and people-focused Employee Experience Specialist to help create an exceptional employee experience from hire to retirement. This position plays a vital role in onboarding, employee engagement, recognition, training, internal communications, and employee feedback initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate organization-wide new hire orientation.
• Manage onboarding activities and new hire checklists.
• Ensure new employees receive the resources and tools needed for a successful transition.
• Coordinate orientation schedules with department leaders.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver exceptional onboarding experience.

• Coordinate employee recognition and appreciation programs.
• Plan and facilitate employee engagement activities and special events.
• Support employee wellness initiatives.
• Coordinate employee appreciation campaigns and celebrations.
• Promote participation in organizational initiatives and employee programs.

• Coordinate organization-wide training programs.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Maintain employee training records.
• Track required certifications and mandatory training.
• Coordinate logistics for leadership development and professional education programs.

• Coordinate Human Resources communications.
• Assist with employee newsletters and engagement messaging.
• Promote employee programs, benefits, and organizational initiatives.
• Support communication strategies that enhance employee engagement.

• Coordinate stay interviews and exit interviews.
• Assist with employee engagement surveys.
• Compile survey results and employee feedback for leadership review.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve the employee experience.

• Prepare employee engagement reports and metrics.
• Coordinate recognition and wellness program logistics.
• Assist with Human Resources special projects.
• Maintain accurate employee experience records and documentation.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Resources, employee engagement, organizational development, training, or employee experience.
• Experience coordinating employee events, recognition programs, or organizational training preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare preferred.

• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to analyze employee feedback and identify trends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS preferred.
