ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my current agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. I've been with State Farm for more than 27 years, serving as a State Farm agent before moving into State Farm management and eventually returning to agency ownership. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, building LEGO sets, and spending time snow skiing and surfing.

Building relationships in the community is important to me. I'm active with NAFA, a member of BNI (Business Network International), and enjoy connecting with local businesses and organizations.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Tad Teeples - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
