- Specialist Cybersecurity GovernanceApply**Job#: 3055085****Job Description:****Cybersecurity Governance Specialist**6 to 12 month CTH**Pay:** $30hr to $49hrMiami FL**4 days a week onsite**Looking for a **Security Awareness Specialist** to help build, manage, and grow an enterprise security awareness and phishing training program. The role will work with **KnowBe4, Entra, HR, and SOC teams**, with a strong focus on phishing campaigns, metrics/KPIs, reporting, and engaging employee training.**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage and grow the security awareness and training program, including phishing simulations and foundational security training.* Administer **KnowBe4** and potentially support a future transition to **Hoxhunt**.* Track phishing results, repeat offenders, training completion, and other security awareness metrics/KPIs.* Create groups through **Microsoft Entra** and coordinate training initiatives with HR.* Assign additional training to users who repeatedly fail phishing simulations.**Must Haves:*** Strong soft skills and being creative (Make the trainings engaging)* Attention to detail (metrics, reporting)* Professional experience (respectful, fit into culture) motivated *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
