Robert Half has partnered with a premier client in the area to help build out their Financial Operations team! In this role, you will be focused on providing support to your assigned business units, and partner with senior leadership to update and maintain financial reporting to identify opportunities and improve efficiencies. You must have superior analytical and problem-solving skills, and be proactive and action-oriented to dig for answers and find solutions. A successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize, and a sense of urgency to meet multiple deadlines.

 

How will you make an impact:

• Support a portfolio of projects with contract review, amendments, and financial analysis
• Work to streamline and automate processes with assigned business units
• Review and analyze project costs, allocations, and monthly financial statements
• Participate in monthly financial calls with Senior Leadership
• Forecasting and update financial projection models
• Additional ad hoc reporting as assigned

• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, operational finance, project finance, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to build budgets, maintain forecasts, and evaluate financial performance in a business setting
• Strong background in variance analysis with the ability to interpret results and communicate meaningful insights
• Working knowledge of contract terms and their financial implications within project or commercial environments
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams, including collaboration with sales or business development partners
• Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and translating findings into practical recommendations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
