The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in exterior trim carpentry, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. This position requires skill in various aspects of exterior finish work, including installing trim, fascia, soffits, and other architectural details with precision and a high level of craftsmanship. Duties Measure, cut, and install exterior trim materials, including wood, PVC, and composite trims. Ensure accurate alignment and secure installation of fascia, soffits, window and door casings, and other trim features. Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete installations. Read and interpret blueprints and design plans to execute precise trim work. Communicate with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met. Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety standards and protocols. Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed. 5+ years of experience in exterior trim carpentry. Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment, with a strong understanding of safety practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform precise measurements. Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with various trim materials and finishing techniques.
