Finish Carpenter

Type: Full-Time Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (half-hour unpaid lunch) About the Role The Production Carpenter is a key member of the J.E.P. Contracting field team, working alongside the Lead Carpenter and Production Manager on residential remodeling and new construction projects throughout Worcester County. This hands‑on role is ideal for a skilled carpenter who takes pride in quality work and is looking to grow within an established design/build firm. We’re looking for a team player who’s willing to jump in wherever needed, learn our systems and processes, and consistently deliver craftsmanship that meets J.E.P.’s high standards.
