Senior Product Associate - Technical Security

The Global Security Technical Security team consists of a dynamic group of security professionals who support the physical security of our retail and corporate environments through access control, alarm monitoring, and video surveillance technologies. The high-energy Senior Product Associate role is a position of trust that will guide one or more products in this set of strategic security technologies.As a Senior Product Associate within Global Security Technical Security, you will use innovative and emerging technologies to solve complex problems and support launching multi-million-dollar multi-year initiatives while clearly articulating benefits and ROI. This will include hands-on direct configuration of hardware and software ecosystems or analysis of complex reports and datasets to synthesize program trends in environments with little guidance. This role requires strong, independent program management and presentation skills that include vendor and stakeholder engagement while navigating through tollgates of ideation, funding, planning, and execution. Job responsibilities:Manage multi-million-dollar projects through delivery in support of major Technical Security initiatives across the firm; track progress towards key dates and prepare PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders.Support design, build, management, and configuration of video surveillance ecosystems by crafting operational playbooks and configuration guides in addition to direct configuration.Craft exciting, polished, and articulate PowerPoint presentations for executive leaders.Perform complex reporting data analysis; understand, synthesize, infer, and present results. Build dashboards and syndicate reporting to strategic stakeholders.Think critically and evaluate innovative technologies and use cases. Configure and perform iterative testing of large populations of security devices.Work with internal training partners to guide updates to job aides and operating procedures, collect and analyze metrics and prepare technical documentation.Support the Product Owners with compliance and audit tasks such as maintaining KPIs and providing supporting evidence of control completion.Engage and influence third party vendor roadmaps.Build strong working relationships across the global security team and other lines of business.Absorb details of complex technologies and rapidly understand how they can solve business problems. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:4+ years of experience with project, program, and/or product managementThe technical aptitude to multi-task and learn new software, hardware, and processes quickly and simultaneously; a willingness to progress/flex/expand responsibilities; a high standard of integrity and dependability working autonomously in ambiguous high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detailIndustry knowledge of physical security technology systems (Video Systems, Access Control, Intrusion Detection), and basic IT networking and infrastructure designOutstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
