Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, evidence-based critical care nursing to ICU patients as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Monitor patient status, administer medications and therapies per orders, and assist with complex treatments and ventilator management
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other care team members to develop and adjust care plans
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, pain management, and patient/family education
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes; participate in rounds and care coordination
- Uphold standards described by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in Georgia (as required by state practice act)
- Knowledge of the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the ANA Code of Ethics
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts in an ICU setting
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting 10/05/2026
