Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to critically ill or unstable adults in the ICU, including ongoing assessment and monitoring.
- Administer prescribed medications, manage IV therapies, and support ventilator or airway management as applicable.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans; document care and patient responses in the medical record.
- Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition; participate in rounding and family communications as appropriate.
- Adhere to evidence-based practice, safety standards, and hospital policies; uphold professional nursing ethics and Georgia nursing practice requirements.
- Engage in quality improvement and patient- and family-centered care to promote safe, effective outcomes.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Georgia license or eligibility to obtain in Georgia
- ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work nights in a high-acuity ICU setting
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Commitment to patient safety, evidence-based practice, and interprofessional collaboration
