Planit Eats is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bakery Manager to oversee our daily bakery operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong background in managing bakery staff and inventory. You will ensure our bakery meets high-quality standards and operates efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bakery operations, including the preparation and baking of products.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor the quality and presentation of all baked goods.
• Train and mentor bakery staff on baking techniques
• Develop and test new recipes to expand our product offerings.
• Keep detailed cost and sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Bakery Manager, Pastry Chef, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with baking techniques and recipe development.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Degree or certification from a culinary school or a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• Creativity and a passion for baking are essential.
