Human Resource Payroll Manager III - Market A

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Human Resource Payroll Manager. Position type: Full Time Duration: Direct Hire Location: Wayne, PA Responsibilities Lead end-to-end payroll operations for U.S. and Canadian employees, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. Manage payroll schedules, payroll reconciliations, reporting cycles, and payroll-related activities in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Partner with Human Resources, Finance, Tax, and external payroll vendors to ensure seamless payroll processing, system integration, and data accuracy. Oversee payroll tax filings, remittances, year-end reporting, and compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local payroll regulations. Monitor changes in payroll legislation and ensure organizational compliance with IRS, CRA, and other regulatory agency requirements. Lead payroll audits, internal controls, and risk mitigation initiatives to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex payroll inquiries, issue resolution, and employee concerns. Manage, mentor, and develop payroll team members by establishing performance expectations, providing coaching, and fostering professional growth. Drive payroll process improvements through automation, technology enhancements, and best practice implementation. Develop and maintain payroll reporting and analytics to support business decisions and provide strategic insights to leadership. Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce changes, acquisitions, organizational restructuring, and payroll-related business initiatives. Monitor payroll service levels, KPIs, and operational metrics to ensure a high-quality employee experience and operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field Minimum 5-7 years of progressive payroll experience, with experience in a leadership role. Proven expertise in both U.S. and Canadian payroll processing and tax compliance. Strong understanding of payroll systems and HRIS integrations. ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP GlobalView - advanced proficiency in payroll processing and reporting. Oracle HCM Cloud - experience with payroll data management, integrations, and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Preferred Qualifications CPP or PCP certification Pay Range and Benefits Pay Range*: $92K - $115K/PA. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits: Provided by the client as this is a Direct Hire position.
