- Provide position classification services to assigned organizations.
- Provide technical input as appropriate in resolving potential conflicts with classification principles and practices.
- Provide position management advisory services in dealing with difficult, complex, and often controversial position management issues.
- Participate in special initiatives, studies and projects.
- Prepare written correspondence and other documentation.
