Finance (Corporate Debt) Associate Attorney
Direct Counsel is seeking a Finance (Corporate Debt) Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded Am Law 100 firm in Atlanta, Georgia .
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–6 years of finance experience to join a nationally recognized corporate finance practice representing banks, financial institutions, private credit funds, and corporate borrowers in sophisticated financing transactions.
Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent lenders and borrowers in a broad range of commercial finance transactions.
Structure, negotiate, and document syndicated lending and secured lending transactions.
Advise clients on cash flow credit facilities and other complex commercial lending matters.
Assist with private debt transactions and financing arrangements involving private credit funds.
Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while working closely with clients and cross-functional legal teams.
J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
Active Bar membership in good standing.
3–6 years of experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions, and commercial finance.
Experience with cash flow credit facilities is required.
Experience representing clients in the private debt or private credit space is strongly preferred.
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client management skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
